Each dish tells a story of Mediterranean cuisine… Executive Chef Andrea de Benedictis has crafted a creative menu using local, seasonal ingredients.

To complete our Chef’s Table experience, Andrea will craft a bespoke menu tailored to your preferences, creating a truly personalized culinary journey. You will be able to watch the Chef in action as he prepares each dish, turning your dinner in El Born into an intimate and immersive experience.
