Introducing Pa Amb Oli – Volta’s new supper club, where the food is daring, the chefs are brilliant, and the nights are indulgent.
Co-created by Andrea De Benedictis, Volta’s Executive Chef, “Pa Amb Oli” brings together the most exciting guest chefs, restaurateurs, creatives, and communities for unique monthly dinners that celebrate bold flavors and the joy of sharing a long table.
Each edition is a unique moment — intimate, collaborative, and rooted in seasonality. From itinerant pop-ups to seated feasts, we draw inspiration from the Mediterranean coast and the home-cooked dishes that shaped us.
We kick off with guest chef Clara Griffiths (The Origin of Food), who will join Andrea for just two nights, serving a five-course menu based on generosity and flavor.
On the table:

We’re kicking off our new Volta Aperitivo series at the Borneta Gallery + Bar — a fresh get-together every other Sunday that blends music, Italian-style bites, and the best cocktail hour in the city.
For this opening night, we’re setting the mood with a live performance (7–8 pm) — Italian disco-pop with a retro twist and plenty of energy.
From 6 to 9 pm, enjoy:

Welcome to our VRUNCH, with a V for Volta: a menu designed for true brunch lovers.
Forget the typical set menu. Here, you decide what, how much, and when. Eggs Benedict or Royale? Avocado toast or French toast with red berries? A coffee or a glass of cava to start?
Everything goes at our VRUNCH — available both as a brunch menu or à la carte.

The sun is out, and if you’re in Barcelona, vermut is a must.
Enjoy it however you like — inside or under the arches — every Saturday from 12 pm to 2 pm with Cocchi. Reserve your spot or just come by.
Choose from a selection of Catalan or Italian vermouths and pair them with a bite from the kitchen. You can also enjoy them on their own or pick one of our vermut + snack combos.
