Our philosophy is simple: honour the ingredient, let the seasons guide us, and create sharing dishes that celebrate connection at the table. Three signature plates anchor the menu: tender Girona roast beef, gently cooked and finished with a Mediterranean flourish; red prawn tartare from local waters, balanced with smooth salmorejo and creamy ricotta; and a tempura parmigiana, set on aubergine cream with confit tomato mayo and pesto.
