At Volta, Andrea’s cooking champions fresh, seasonal produce and timeless techniques, bringing together influences from Spain and Italy in ways that are both authentic and inventive. Our philosophy is simple: honour the ingredient, let the seasons guide us, and create sharing dishes that celebrate connection at the table. Three signature plates anchor the menu: tender Girona roast beef, gently cooked and finished with a Mediterranean flourish; red prawn tartare from local waters, balanced with smooth salmorejo and creamy ricotta; and a tempura parmigiana, set on aubergine cream with confit tomato mayo and pesto.
We work closely with small-scale farmers, cheesemakers and vintners who share our respect for tradition and seasonality.

Next to the restaurant, we find Volta Bar, a lively space to meet for drinks before or after any meal. Our Born bar is cozy and intimate, designed with natural materials, warm colors representing Barcelona, and a vibrant green that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The skylight lets in sunlight during the day and lights up with stars when night falls. Enjoy a glass of natural wine with your friends or simply come to the bar to savor our handcrafted cocktails. Just like Volta’s cuisine, the drinks menu is inspired by the flavors found along the Mediterranean coast.
