This November, Volta Bar welcomes Spain’s first-ever pop-up by 48 Collagen Café, the Parisian wellness concept combining functional nutrition, beauty and wellbeing. Discover a selection of drinks crafted with marine collagen, glycine and adaptogens, available throughout the month from €6.50 to €9.50.
For a more complete experience, guests can also book a 30-minute wellness ritual (€25), including a 48CC functional drink, a LED mask session and a moment of relaxation on a HigherDOSE PEMF Mat.

FESTIVE FEASTING
At Christmas, there are two things we love: hosting and a full table. From November, gather your friends, family or colleagues for a festive lunch, dinner or aperitivo at the bar.
On the menu, think antipasti and house-made focaccia to share, pumpkin ravioli with sage butter or chicken alla cacciatora with peppers and olives. To finish, panettone with crème anglaise or family-style tiramisù, depending on your chosen three course menu.
Festive lunches start at €40 and dinners at €55 per person, for groups of 10 or more. Or keep things simple with a drinks and nibbles party at Volta Bar.

PASTA DELLA NONNA
At Pasta della Nonna, we celebrate Italian recipes passed down from generation to generation and the joy of sharing a delicious plate of handmade pasta with a glass of wine.
Each week, we serve a different handmade pasta dish prepared with seasonal ingredients and inspired by the great classics of Italian family tradition. From tagliatelle with butter, Parmesan and summer truffle to seasonal ravioli with sage and demi-glace, every recipe pays tribute to the authenticity and comforting flavours of Italian cuisine.
Enjoy a handmade pasta dish paired with a glass of wine or a soft drink for just €15.

Join us for the launch of our new Italian Live Aperitivo series at the Gallery + Bar at Borneta — a vibrant weekly gathering every Thursday that brings together live music, Italian-style bites, and the city’s finest cocktail hour.
For this opening night, we’re setting the tone with a live performance (7–9 PM) — Italian disco-pop with a retro twist and plenty of energy.
